The Wika PG43SA-D Series 100 mm Integrated Diaphragm Pressure Gauge is tailored for the highest safety demands in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Designed for hygienic pressure measurement, it offers a mechanical display for pipelines, fermenters, bioreactors, and vessels. This gauge is ideal for handling high-quality and critical media during processing and transport, including gases, vapors, liquids, pastes, powders, and crystallizing substances.


One of its standout features is the patented diaphragm element monitoring with a status display, ensuring any diaphragm rupture is immediately indicated by a red warning dot on the dial. If the dot remains white, the diaphragm is intact, preventing unnecessary maintenance. Additionally, a second barrier ensures a secure separation between the process and the atmosphere, even in case of a diaphragm failure. 


This gauge operates purely mechanically, without transmission fluid, offering a robust and safe pressure measurement with high overpressure safety. Its flush-welded diaphragm element, combined with aseptic process connections, ensures a contamination-free connection. Suitable for CIP and SIP applications, the PG43SA-D can be completely sterilized in an autoclave. Certified according to the 3-A Sanitary Standard and EHEDG, it supports GMP-compliant documentation with various certificates available.
