The Wika PG23HP-S Series SS High Pressure Gauge with Safety Pattern is designed for high-pressure applications involving liquid media, such as water and hydraulic oil. This gauge excels in environments requiring high-pressure generation, high-pressure cleaning, and water jet cutting, as well as on test benches for hydraulic components.
Engineered to meet the stringent requirements of the DIN 16001 high-pressure standard, the PG23HP-S features a robust safety pressure gauge with a solid baffle wall. The wetted parts are constructed from durable stainless steel 316L, ensuring exceptional longevity and performance under static pressure profiles. Available in scale ranges from 0 to 2,000 bar, 0 to 2,500 bar, and up to 3,000 bar, this gauge is equipped to handle a variety of high-pressure needs.
The safety version of the PG23HP-S includes laminated safety glass, a solid baffle wall between the measuring system and the dial, and a blow-out back. This design ensures that in the event of a failure, the operator is protected from any media or components, which can only be ejected through the back of the instrument.
The PG23HP-S’s all-welded construction guarantees a long service life and a permanent seal, with the option to increase resistance to shock and vibration through case filling.
