The Bellofram 961-061-000 Type 75 Precision Air
Relay/Boosters use a pilot pressure signal to accurately control output
pressure over a wide range of flow and supply pressure variations.
Relays are most commonly used when increased flow capacity or remote
pressure control is required. The signal pressure vs. output pressure
has a 1:1 ratio, meaning output pressure will be the same as the pilot
signal pressure. The pilot signal pressure is usually supplied with a
small regulator from a remote location or from an electro-pneumatic
transducer. Flow rates up to 40 SCFM. The unique rolling diaphragm is
sensitive to output pressure changes as little as 0.05 inches of Hg,
superior to most relays on the market. Typical applications include:
volume boosting, roll loading, cylinder control, tensioning control,
industrial clutch & brake control.
